Trainings (2024 Spring term)
During the Spring Semester of 2024, we will be training three days a week.
Every Wednesday at 18.45, Stadium
On these days, we will be doing technical sprint training sessions that last approximately 1.5 hours. Our goal until May will be to gain stamina (enduring speed after 40-50 meters).
Every Saturday at 10.15, Stadium
On these days, we will be doing technical sprint training sessions that last approximately 1.5 hours. Our goal until May will be to gain stamina (enduring speed after 40-50 meters).
Every Sunday at 12.00
We will be running distance (4-7km) routes (Yalıncak forest route, Cumhuriyet Koşusu route, 100. Yıl route, etc.) that we will determine with our team members.
*Just before the trainings, we gather at the kiosk (Devrim Bufe) in front of Big Sports Hall. Then we proceed to Stadium to perform the training.
